MORE THAN A LAW FIRM

Entrepreneurs are required to wear many hats. Similarly, Cruxterra founder Troy Nehring realized he also wore many hats when serving his clients: legal advisor; devil’s advocate; director of common sense.

Troy understands that sometimes his clients need more than a legal opinion. Cruxterra was formed as a way to provide service to clients in a sensible and proactive manner. While each client experience is unique, Cruxterra has identified and streamlined certain common practices for both individuals and businesses. This allows Cruxterra to structure each of its engagements, whether flat-fee, hourly, or ongoing, in a manner that is financially sensible to the client.

BUT WHY “CRUXTERRA”?

Prior to becoming an attorney, Cruxterra founder and principal Troy Nehring taught experiential education, including rock climbing, to high school students.  The “crux” of a climb is its most challenging point. Troy would teach his students the necessary skills and then watch them overcome the crux of a climb and achieve the summit. The pride the students showed at the end of a climb was easily the most rewarding part of Troy’s job. Today Cruxterra’s goal is to make the world a better place by helping its clients navigate obstacles and achieve their own summit.
